What Is ESP?

ESP is an acronym of Embedded Service Partner and is a collaborative model that Shared Labs uses with its current and future clients to better facilitate corporate advantage.

By definition, ESP is a precognition that involves awareness of information about events external to the self not gained through the senses and not deducible from previous experiences. While this has been a topic of dispute by many, the fact remains that having extrasensory awareness would in fact provide a high degree of advantage.
Applying this same line of thought, Shared Labs will provide this extrasensory awareness to its current and future customer engagements and utilize ESP to promote a new and relevant long-term advantage that will enable companies to leverage intellectual capital and traverse the landscape of corporate relevance and growth requirements.
Every business today is aware of the impact Amazon has had on its competitors and the information industry. Whether a business is an ecommerce, service or supply they all have been awakened by the growth and accelerated market acquisition of Amazons online model. To remain viable, competitive and have future shareholder value, corporations across every domain sector are now cognitively aware of the need for an advantage that affords them a future.

ESP Team Roles



Comprised of expert analysts with particular skillsets to evaluate current and future goals of the client business and lay those goals alongside evaluations of market trends, futuristic probabilities and generational acumen. As teams evaluate the input variables, that will ultimately shape and affect the corporate driving factors, and undergo the analytics of each carefully both individually and collectively, a unique process is evoked to produce an output that will best align with the overall directives of the business. These outputs will be the overarching architecture of the desired goals and from this a transition is made to the Axion Teams. Cognition will work closely with executive leaders and key stake holders to iteratively review the outcomes and impacts along the way.



Axion is made up of leading business analysts, project analysts, project managers, and technology architects. This team will develop and oversee the creation and effort of work to create and implement the plan to accomplish the Cognition requirements. Close interaction with the Cognition leaders ensure that scope creep is mitigated and the program is on track. Once the Axion Teams have a tightly devised strategy and architecture, they will determine what level of effort will be required and where the work should be completed to provide an expeditious delivery and reduction of costs.


BRAIN Workforce
